Refund policy

SECTION 20 - Returns or Exchanges 

- We accept both refunds and exchanges for alternate sizes only sales@aacreslosangeles.com

- You can contact us within a maximum of 8 days of receiving your product to schedule a return or exchange.

- Refunds are subject to a 25% restock fee. Items must be unworn with tags. 

- All sales are final during “Black Friday, discount sales, no exchanges or refunds. 

-AACRES is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced in transit/ Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact sales@aacreslosangeles.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
